I was lucky enough to meet The Det when he married my BFF Carol. What I will always remember about The Det was his position as the fact checker. If Carol and I ever had a question about something we were arguing about we would just turn to The Det to settle the issue. And even if he didn't know the answer he certainly said so with confidence. Lol. Then he would put things into perspective by telling us how "It doesn't matter." Lol He was rt. It didn't.
I'll miss The Det. I'll always regret not being able to spend more time him. He was a good man. This loss will have an impact on the gouda cheese industry for years to come.
